Coronavirus: The shop is only open 2 days a week, so on most days there won't be anybody there to receive parcels. A close friend with a shop near ours has agreed to accept our parcels, so please send to:
Regent House of Flowers
For security, please don't put our name on the envelope. The shop is a florist, so she'll know the special delivery parcels are for us. There will be a few days delay before we refund to your account, because we only go to our shop twice a week. We apologise for the inconvenience, Covid-19 is making life so difficult.
If you're buying Christmas gifts after the beginning of November, and they turn out to be unsuitable, we extend this refund period until the end of January. So buy with confidence, knowing you can return it anytime until the end of January!
We regret that for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on ear-rings except in the event that they are faulty
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us, or which arrive damaged, so we strongly suggest you send returned goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar secure, insured method.
All faulty goods will be replaced where possible, or money refunded in the event that a replacement is not available. Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the purchase. We also refund any postage charges which were added to the cost of the goods.
On occasions we may be able to repair goods, in those cases we will contact you to let you know how long this will take, and to ensure that is acceptable to you.
Nothing stated here affects your statuatory rights.
