If you change your mind about a product, we are happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund, provided you return the goods in the same condition in which you purchased them, and with your receipt, within 28 days from the date you received it.
We regret that for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on ear-rings except in the event that they are faulty
If you wish to return or exchange something, please contact us by phone or e-mail giving us the details of the goods you wish to return, and your reasons. Please return items in their original presentation boxes, securely and protectively packaged, to: Martin Rees, 61 Chester Street, Wrexham, LL13 8BA, UK.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us, or which arrive damaged, so we strongly suggest you send returned goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar secure, insured method. We do not refund postage costs unless a mistake has been made on our part.
All faulty goods will be replaced where possible, or money refunded in the event that a replacement is not available. Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the purchase. On occasions we may be able to repair goods, in those cases we will contact you to let you know how long this will take, and to ensure that is acceptable to you.
