If you change your mind about a product, we are happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund, provided you return the goods in the same condition in which you purchased them, and with your receipt, within 28 days from the date you received it.
If you wish to return or exchange something, please contact us by phone or e-mail giving us the details of the goods you wish to return, and your reasons. Please return items in their original presentation boxes, securely and protectively packaged, to: the address shown below.

For security please don't mention our name on the packaging. They know any special delivery packages are for us.
They are our friends, and are open longer hours than us, they have more staff working during the lockdown. We have minmum staff each day, so if anything goes wrong may have to close without warning, which can delay your package.
If you're buying Christmas gifts after the beginning of November, and they turn out to be unsuitable, we extend this refund period until the end of January. So buy with confidence, knowing you can return it anytime until the end of January!
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us, or which arrive damaged, so we strongly suggest you send returned goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar secure, insured method.
Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the purchase. We also refund any postage charges which were added to the cost of the goods.
On occasions we may be able to repair goods, in those cases we will contact you to let you know how long this will take, and to ensure that is acceptable to you.
